Ken Maccarone is the President and Head Designer at KM Design Studio located in Providence, Rhode Island. In 2003, KM Design Studio was established.  In over six years, Ken has designed homes, restaurants and corporate office spaces.  Wanting to expand into a new realm of design Ken moved to Santa Barbara, California working aside one of the countries leading celebrity event producers.

Ken is thrilled to finally have the opportunity to bring his visions for design, life, love and celebration back to the East Coast. Ken has designed weddings, special events and fundraising celebrations for clients in locations from Boston to Providence and all parts of New England. 

Ken has worked with Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine producing the Southern New Enlgand Bridal Fashion Show, creating the stage design.  Within his career, Ken has worked in every aspect of event planning; from weddings to  bar mitzvahs.  Ken's designs have been published and featured in the Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine, both the New England and International editions and website coverage,  as well as in La Bella Bride Magazine.  Ken has began freelance writing for Southern New England Woman's Magazine his piece is featured in their lifestyle section.  Ken also operated as the lead event producer for Southern New england Woman Magazine's team, launching the premiere issue.  Ken was also selected to team up with Styleweek Providence for their week long events.   I am proud to say that in addition to establishing KM Design Studio, Ken has also been writing and producing his own lifestyle segments for 'The Rhode Show' on FOX  Providence.  In addition to on-air presentations, Ken has also started speaking at expos and trade shows across New England, as well as becoming a part of Johnson and Wales University's event program, speaking to classes and assisting with hands on event involvement.

Handling all aspects from planning to design to entertainment, as specific as, floral, wardrobe, and invitations, Ken looks forward to becoming one of New England's premiere Interior and Event Designer..
